SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS 
Postage of the total cubic weight of your order is based on "Real-Time Shipping Rates Calculation". Under the circumstance of the Real-Time Shipping Rates Calculation Module is under maintenance, the shipping and handling costs will be recalculated once the system is back to work again. Should this problem arise, we will write to you and the correct postage will be charged.
If your order total is over a set amount, we offer free postage for standard service. Order as many items as you want and your postage is automatically waived if your order total is over a set amount as advertised. The promo free shipping may not apply to very bulky or heavy products.
*** Upon submitting your order on our website, you have agreed for us to charge you your purchase as well as the shipping and handling costs.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Our couriers may not ship to PO Boxes. EINSKEY has the right to cancel an order with no valid address or an address that doesn't match your credit card billing address.
 
SHIPPING ADDRESSES FOR ORDERS PAID VIA PAYPAL
If an order is paid via PayPal. The shipping address by default will be the shipping address saved on your PayPal account. While PayPal orders can be shipped to an address that is different from the billing address, the address you’d like to use must already be saved in your PayPal account before purchase.

DELIVERY TIME & TRACKING
All orders are processed in a timely manner usually within 1 working day.
You will be updated by e-mail as to your order's progress.
To track the progress of your order online please go to your account and select the order you wish to track.
To ensure the safe delivery of parcels, unless we receive delivery instructions to leave a parcel in a safe place, all parcels are required for delivery signatures by default.
If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company or contact us so that we can follow it up for you.
Please note that during busy sale periods, you may experience a delay in receiving your order, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience. Please contact us If you have any questions about your order.

LATE DELIVERY, DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
All items sent via China Post or other freight companies are carefully addressed and packed. If your ordered goods are out of stock, we can usually process your refund within 1-3 working days.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, EINSKEY will lodge an inquiry with China Post Office or the freight companies on your behalf. EINSKEY can provide replacements or a refund. If a parcel is delayed due to unpredictable causes, please contact us and we will gladly have the goods back and issue you a full refund.
Damages in transit must be reported to EINSKEY within 7 days of delivery. Loss in transit must be reported within 30 days from shipping.

RTS / RETURN TO SENDER PARCELS
If a parcel is returned to the seller due to the buyer's error, such as an invalid address or a parcel was not claimed by the buyer in a timely manner, the buyer is responsible for the extra cost for returning the parcel, as each parcel that is ‘return to sender’ will incur a fee that is charged to us by China Post or other courier companies. The "return to sender charge" will be deducted from the refund/store credit for that returned order and the original shipping fees are not refundable.
Buyers will have to pay postage for resending the returned undelivered parcels, if buyers request the returned parcels to be resent to them.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Every order will come with a tracking number. As soon as a parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically forwarded to your email account. 

You can also log into your account and find your tracking info there under your order history section. 

How soon may I receive an international order?

EINSKEY processes each order promptly, usually within 1 working day after the payment is received. If an order is received by midday on a working day, we always try to send your order out the same day (except during busy seasons such as Christmas time etc.).

Generally, an international order can be delivered in 7-15 business days after your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery delays can occur due to factors such as public holidays, pandemic lockdowns, and peak delivery times.

Do I have to pay an additional VAT (Value Added Tax) and Customs Duties prior to delivery?

Most likely. This depends on the rules of each country and whether your total order value is over the tax-free threshold of the country. Please check the customs rules of each destination country.
In order to tax free or lower tax upon import, we can declare a lower value.
